Short, football-relevant tests, timed with professional-standard gates and sensors, turned into a clear profile for the player, their parents and their coach.

The first session sets a starting point. Every later session is compared with it, so progress is easy to see.

What we measure
Every test sits under one of eight pillars. Together they build a full picture of a player, from speed and power to decision-making and ball skills.
How results are scored
Each result is turned into a score out of 100, so very different tests can sit side by side on one report. Scores are compared with the player’s own age group and gender, and placed in a tier: Emerging, Competitive, Elite or Elite+.
Our benchmarks are built from established sports-science norms and refined with data from the players we test. They are not a pass mark. They show where a player is today and what to work on next.
Results are also weighted for the player’s position. A winger and a centre-back with the same scores can get different priorities, because the game asks different things of them.
Looking out for imbalances
Some tests are run in both directions, for example turning left and turning right, or kicking with each foot. Differences between the two sides can help flag a higher risk of injury, and they are often easy to work on.
We share these findings with you and your coach. They are guidance, not a medical assessment. If a player has pain that does not go away, we suggest seeing a qualified professional.
Professional-standard timing
We use timing gates and sensor pods to record results to a fraction of a second. For reaction and decision tests, the pods give light and sound cues, so we can measure how fast a player thinks as well as how fast they move.
Everything is explained and demonstrated before each test, and nothing is a pass or fail.
