Terms of Service

Last updated 22 October 2026

The short version
  • A parent or guardian must book for anyone under 18, and confirms the player is fit to take part.
  • Booking is a request. It is confirmed when we email you.
  • Results are for information and development. They are not medical advice, and they do not guarantee selection or a trial.
  • Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility for things the law does not allow us to limit, including death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

1. About us and these terms

These terms apply to bookings and to your use of vltix.com and the VLTIX player dashboard. They are between you and VLTIX LTD, registered in [England and Wales], company number 17001845, registered office 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, United Kingdom, WC2H 9JQ. You can contact us at hello@vltix.com. By booking or using our services you agree to these terms. Please also read our Privacy Policy.

2. What we provide

We run athlete, and football performance testing sessions (such as sprint, change of direction, braking and reaction tests amongst others), produce reports from the results, and provide a private dashboard where you can see them. We offer sessions for individual players and for squads, at our venue or, at external locations.

3. Booking

  • Submitting a booking form is a request, not a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed when we email you to say so.
  • Anyone under 18 must be booked by a parent or legal guardian. By booking, you confirm you are that person (or that the player is 18 or over).
  • Please give us accurate details, especially the player’s date of birth, which we use to place them in the right age group.
  • We may decline or move a booking, for example if a session is full. If we do, we will tell you and refund anything you have paid for it.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown on our website and may change accordingly, the price you pay will be displayed in your confirmation email, in pounds sterling. You do not pay anything until we have confirmed your place. Upon receiving your confirmation email, payment is due within 48-hours, or immediately if the session is due to start in less than 48 hours.

5. Cancelling or changing a booking

  • If you cancel: Tell us at least 48 hours before the session for a full refund or a new date. Later than that, we may charge the session fee.
  • If we cancel or move a session (for example because of weather, facility issues, or illness), we will offer you another date or a full refund.
  • 14-day right to cancel: the usual 14-day cooling-off period for online purchases does not apply to leisure services booked for a specific date, so the rules above apply instead. This does not affect your other legal rights.

6. Taking part safely

  • Parents and guardians confirm that the player is fit and well enough to take part, and tell us about any injury, medical condition or allergy that could matter (you can use the notes box on the booking form).
  • Players should wear suitable kit and footwear, bring water, and follow the coaches’ instructions.
  • Parents are welcome to stay and watch sessions, or arrange to pick their child up at the session end time.
  • We may stop or change a test, or stop a player taking part, if we think it is not safe.

Sport carries some risk of injury. We will run sessions with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit.

7. Results and reports

  • Results show how a player performed in the tests on the day. They can vary with conditions, effort and how the player feels.
  • Comparisons are made against other players in the VLTIX data of the same age group and gender.
  • Reports, including any injury-risk indicators, are for information and development only. They are not medical advice or a diagnosis. If you have any health concern, please speak to a doctor or physiotherapist.
  • We cannot promise that a report or score will lead to a trial, selection, scholarship or any other outcome.

8. Your information

We handle personal information as set out in our Privacy Policy. We will not share a player’s results with a club, scout or anyone else unless the parent or guardian asks us to.

9. Photos and video

We only photograph or film sessions with the permission of a parent or guardian, and you can withdraw that permission by emailing us. Content may be used for social media, or for promotional material, including our website.

10. Behaviour and safeguarding

We expect everyone at our sessions to behave respectfully. We may ask anyone who does not to leave. We take safeguarding seriously. If you have a concern about a child’s welfare, please contact us straight away at hello@vltix.com.

11. The dashboard and your account

Please keep your login details private and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. We may suspend an account that is misused. We try to keep the dashboard available but cannot promise it will always be free of interruptions. Any abuse within the dashboard may also result in your account being suspended.

12. Our content

The VLTIX name, logo, website content, test methods and report designs belong to VLTIX LTD. You are welcome to share your own or your child’s reports, but please do not copy, reuse, edit our content, methods or data for other purposes without our written permission. Sharing content unedited with the VLTIX branding intact is allowed.

13. Our responsibility to you

Subject to section 6, we are not responsible for losses that were not a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms, or for any business or commercial losses. Our total responsibility to you for any one booking is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here affects your legal rights as a consumer.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you book is the one that applies to that booking.

15. Law and courts

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, although if you live elsewhere in the UK you may also use your local courts.
